I like the way ON1 has adjustment sublayers within a layer, but there should be a way to apply these adjustment sublayers to an adjustment layer that can be moved among the image layers. onphotos from the focus stacking you would be able to feed these into the HDR merge module, though this is something I have never tried.
This is a result of the merge and can have all the usual adjustments applied though the individual components are no longer accessible within this file, but of course the original files are untouched. If you do a focus or HDR merge again a new file is created in On1's own. This retains all the editing information for all the layers so you can go back and adjust if necessary. How do you show a mask as a translucent overlay? I can only figure out how to go between no view of the mask to full mask view, neither of which show the mask and the image at the same time.
